Shipping and Pickup Guide
You can hand off selected paid and ready items without closing the rest of your open invoice. Staff confirms the covered items, method, and any recorded delivery fee before release.
How selected-item handoff works

Choose ready items
Confirm which paid and ready items you want prepared. Items you do not select can stay open on your invoice.

Confirm the handoff
Staff confirms the covered items, handoff method, schedule, and any recorded delivery fee before release.
- Finally
Track or review
Open Shipments for courier, tracking, fee, and covered-item details when recorded. Message the shop if details are incomplete.
Tracking and returns
Pickup and shipping records can show courier, tracking number, tracking link, delivery fee, and included items. If a parcel is returned to sender, it goes into review or hold first. It is not automatically treated as sellable stock.
